Palfinger service is always on it! Had an issue with a fault code the other day and put it a call to Mike at Palfinger USA... no surprise but he was able to diagnose over the phone within minutes of calling him, walked us through a solution to keep us going at the job site, and gave us the confidence that if we ended up with a crane in a limp mode he’d get us safely folded up and headed home for repairs. 36 hours later we had the nearest service tech up working on it. Found a wear spot on a steel pipe today while giving the Treemek a sponge bath. Anyone know what would have cause this to happen?
